Brand Guidelines
- • Always use "Metrix Score™" (with trademark symbol on first use)
- • Attribution: "Metrix Score™ by The Modern Trades Mentor"
- • Do not alter the logo, colors, or brand marks
- • Do not register domain names containing "metrixscore" or similar variations
- • Do not use the brand name in paid search ads without written permission
Required Disclosures
The FTC requires clear disclosure of affiliate relationships. Include a disclosure near any affiliate link.
Example: "This page contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase through my link, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See my full disclosure."
Prohibited Practices
- • Fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
- • Misleading income claims or success guarantees
- • Spam email, SMS, or unsolicited messages
- • Cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or misleading redirects
- • Bidding on Metrix Score brand keywords in paid search
- • Coupon sites claiming unauthorized discounts
- • Impersonating Metrix Score staff or official channels
Content Guidelines
- • Share your genuine experience with the product
- • Do not claim Metrix Score provides legal, tax, or licensing advice
- • Do not guarantee business outcomes or income results
- • Clearly distinguish educational content from professional advice
- • Include your FTC disclosure on every page with affiliate links
